Very sad news. My grandmother passed away yesterday. She had been very sick for a couple of weeks and it is a blessing that she is no longer in pain. I will miss her terribly. In the last year we got to talk on the phone almost every day. We had lots of inside jokes and laughed often. She loved sports, doing crosswords and spending time with her overweight Pomeranian, Bella, and parrot, Bird. I am endlessly thankful that she was able to attend my wedding and my life will never quite be the same again. Goodbye Granny. We love you.

a love for your grandmother is a very, very special thing. by the sounds of it she had a very good, fulfilling life. i'm sure you brought her much joy. keep talking to her. she'll never be too far away...
