Zach Plague - Boring Boring Boring Boring Boring

My dear college friends Zach and Ryan are on a book tour with Zach's new book Boring Boring Boring Boring Boring. They had a great reading at Book People on Monday night. It was fun to hear all of the readings by guest readers as well. Particularly Ryan's story about vampires. I highly recommend checking out Zach's publishing company Feather Proof Books. It's fun to see how successful my old friends are becoming. Oh... also of note the photo on the front of the Boring boring boring boring boring book is by yours truly. :)

Cake

I baked a cake on Saturday. It isn't much to look at, but it was YUMMY! I'm going to pick up a wire rack, batter spatula and some parchment paper before my next cake.

This wedding week before last in San Antonio was lovely. It was surprisingly nice outside for late June. Clarrissa wins for having the most monogrammed things at a wedding, ever. :)

Jessica and Jay

I've been thinking too much about my wedding and not blogging enough! Jessica and Jay got married at the Wild Flower Center in April. They had a lovely wedding. The weather was perfect. Clink did a great job keeping the event running smoothly. And I have to say Jessica has been very helpful in responding to my many wedding planning email. :)
